Payday Now is not a lender, but a third party lead generator. We work with payday loan companies and their marketing agencies to place clients with a company that can work in their state.

Terms of Loan

Any claims on the website are our best efforts to explain the services offered to clients. Each state has its own regulations governing payday loan companies, and you should read the terms of the service that we are able to offer you. All our affiliated companies have similar services, but fee structures and details may vary.

The Process

After filling our form, we attempt to place your oan within our network of payday loan providers. If we are able to place your loan, your information is fowarded over to the loan company, and you will be redirected to their website to confirm terms and acquire the loan. The terms and conditions of your particular loan will be available on their website. Please read the terms and conditions before agreeing to the loan. Once you confirm your acceptance of the loan, your relationship will be with the payday loan company.

If we are unable to place you within our network, we have made arrangements with another network to enable them to attempt to place your lead. This will result in your being forwarded to their form, where you may be able to obtain a loan.

Legal Compliance

When we work with a lender or marketing firm, they warrant that they have all necessary licensing for the states that they offer loans for. As laws and regulations change, and marketing firms may sign on additional clients, we are unable to verify every possible lender that may be within our extended network. If you find that the company you are forwarded to is not licensed to work within your state, please go to our contact us form and let us know, and we will work with that provider to not provide clients with invalid lender.

We try to insure that all members of our extended network are in compliance with all current laws and regulations. Because of the nature of the industry, our marketing partners often keep some of their lenders confidential from us, and we are unable to verify the lenders in question. If you have reason to believe that one of the lenders is not in compliance, please let us know and we will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it to prevent other clients from experiencing the same inconvenience.
